Yo, Apocalypso . . . .. After a little time spent on Google, I'm gonna hazard a guess that it's a private, for-profit entity . .. . . Largely on the basis that non-profits (in the US) are public entities that must practice various levels of disclosure . . . . . & CM looks to have taken efforts to keep it's ownership private . . . .. But purely speculation on my part . .. . [/tangent]

I don't exactly agree with the OP because I don't give a hang if I hit a PRO profile. I like CM. I like it because it's been around a while, still free, works reliably, and not overrun with more features than it needs. I do wish some of the search functionality was different. Like - I would like to look at slaves AND submissives perhaps, or Lesbian AND Bi females, or have the distance function actually work since I am starting to feel like all the hot chicks live in fuckin' San Jose (which may as well be Maine)...grrrrrrrrrr...but really, despite some tweaks I could suggest, I still like CM. Like what the heck can I say? Its free for cripesake, and its been a better way to meet people than a lot of other things I have tried.
