Thank goodness indeed! [sm=evil.gif]

The test was in my favour to some degree because there were no Real Yank questions in it ... Like ... Disney's birthdate,McDonalds handbook maximum waiting time,Bob Hoskins being a Yank(y/n),The Blues Brothers first names(of course),How to rope a "Steer",the best recipe for freshly killed Buffalo,How many episodes of M-A-S-H were made,How to spell the name of that big long river,How many roads must a man walk down ... before you call him a man,The distance between the Statue Of Liberty and April 4th 1968 Memphis Tennessee,How many World Cups the U.S.A. womens football team have won (bonus if you state current world ranking).

No entries will be accepted without the tie breaker question having been answered.

And of course ... the tiebreaker ... where to aquire the best "Moonshine". [sm=evil.gif] (send answer privately to : Pirate at http://piratewedding2009.com/default.aspx ).

The winning entry will be bound by secrecy re: their tiebreaker answer and the results will be sampled before the winner of the quiz has been announced.

December 5, 1901

McDonalds handbook maximum waiting time,
90 seconds for the drive thru, not sure for the counter
quote:

Bob Hoskins being a Yank(y/n),
Depends on who you ask - personally I say yep.
quote:

The Blues Brothers first names(of course),
Jake and Elwood
quote:

How to rope a "Steer",
Lots of practice, a long enough rope, and a good cutting Quarter Horse
quote:

the best recipe for freshly killed Buffalo,
My personal preference is for Buffalo TBone, grilled over a combination of Hickory and Mesquite, seasoned with Garlic, freshly cracked black pepper, sea salt, and a touch of onion powder
quote:

How many episodes of M-A-S-H were made,
251
quote:

How to spell the name of that big long river,
Did you mean the Mississippi, the Missouri, or the Colorado?  All three are quite long, though the Mississippi and the Missouri are the 2 longest in the continental US.
quote:

How many roads must a man walk down ... before you call him a man,
5, but each has to be at least 10 miles long.
quote:

The distance between the Statue Of Liberty and April 4th 1968 Memphis Tennessee,
1097.83 miles, and an indeterminate number of days
quote:

How many World Cups the U.S.A. womens football team have won (bonus if you state current world ranking).
2 Women's World Cups (1991, 1999) Ranked #1 in the World currently, 6 Algarve Cups (2000, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008) and 3 Olympic Women's Tourney's (1996, 2004, 2008)

Kentucky or Arkansas, depending on what family you happen to have ties to, if yer lookin for true 'Shine.  Of course, you can get Drinkable (but not outstanding) 'Shine in Louisianna, Texas, and the Southeastern corner of Oklahoma as well.  Be careful who ya talk to 'bout it though - they ain't real fond of foriners, revnuers, or strangers..... (sorry the answer ain't private - I'll send some contact info privately [;)] )

Oh - and I got 98% on the quiz....

stella41b -> RE: U.S. Citizenship Quiz (8/20/2009 2:46:57 PM)

94% on the long version. However there is an error. When asked what is the last date to submit your income taxes, they forgot about the extensions one can file.

Actually, no. The question asks for the last date to submit the FORMS. You must still do this by April 15, even if filing for an extension.
