To The Firm of Steel & Esquire,
At this time, your generous counter offer is being rejected. As I'm sure that all of us would like to find a suitable negotiation for the benefit of the interested parties, the aforementioned Wyld, andi, and lil bit, we shall continue to attempt, in good faith to make progress. However, the primary shareholder of Pact Inc will have to abide by company policy on the following:
Our primary shareholder does not appear in less than fully clothed attire. Leather is acceptable, to include skirt, corset, and boots.
In no way does our primary shareholeder become associated with terms such as target, bottom, or posterior.
Of course, Pact Inc is hoping to maximize this experience for the interested parties. Perhaps we should explore further opportunities in which our combined efforts will bring the most direct impact for those involved.
Counter offer. Matched sets.
The aforementioned interested parties may chose their own implements to be the receiver of said birthday spanks of any of the matched sets to be found in the physical properties of Pact Inc. Said implements will hereafter be known as instruments of pain.
Once the interested parties have received their number of birthday lashes with said instrument of pain, the other Dominant, in turn, will receive the "one to grow on" as known by precedent. Pact Inc accepts that said one to grow on will be administered only on the buttocks of the other Dominant.
Stipulations:
It is accepted that Steel will be 29. The interested party, hereafter known as bottom, must be the receiver of 29 lashes with said instrument of pain from Steel, in order for Steel to be the receiver of the one to grow on from the same tool, administered by Lady Pact.
It is accepted that Lady Pact will be 41. The interested party, hereafter known as bottom, must be the receiver of 41 lashes with said instrument of pain from Lady Pact in order for Lady Pact to be the receiver of the one to grown on from the same tool, administered by Steel.
If at any time the bottom rescinds the completion of said lashes, the count will not be complete and the one to grow on will not be applied.
Both Dominants must, in good faith, make the best attempt to remain in the zone of application of the other Dominant.
Additional interested parties may be included, but must be approved on these same terms and conditions by both Dominants.
This is our counter offer for your consideration.
