I once was owned (in contract and mind only) by a woman who thought about this question a lot. She was a certified psychiatrist and was actually talking to me one evening (she used to lock me in the cage in the dark and have these fantasy conversations with me while sitting outside the cage and whispering in the dark) about having me declared insane or incompetent and then released to her care. She was never actually serious about it, but she kept talking about how the "paperwork" was almost done and it would be happening any day now.

And that case actually originated in San Diego, so it definitely covers California. Also, as a US citizen you are not required to carry ID, and police cannot hold not having an ID against you. That "specific reason" can be that they wanted to make you miserable, for all the good it would do while you are on your way to the cop shop to explain your life's story to a bunch of jackbooted thugs. Telling a LEO anything more than "I have nothing to say" is probably a bad idea. Or at least that is what my attorney has always advised me to do. When questioned or arrested, just STFU, call him, and don't talk to a soul until he gets there. So, that's what I do. After all, even the D-types among us should be able to survive a few hours of "bondage" at the cop shop. j

I know this is off the radar, but I am going back to the orignal thread.. (yes we are slaves to our pets lol) I know that the UN has been involved in finding and exposing slavery in other countries. I do not know any where in the world where slavery is legal as being supported by the laws on the country you would live in , but the indentured servent might be as close as possiable to get. In India for ex, they have had shown that some families who were in debted to someone , would send their children to work off their bills. Leaving home and forced to work in the factories until the debt is paid off.. This can last years and does onvolve someone else controlling their living and work life. But eventually you get to leave.

You seem to be talking about physical slavery. In my M/s relationship my owner owns my heart, soul and body to do with as he sees fit. Even in the real world of slavery only the physical is owned. Our relationships in the BDSM goes beyond this physical ownership into the mental. Even slaves do not have the depth of ownership we have. The court can name a legal guardian over you. They then have full and total control over you. Not easy to get. But,it can be done. In some countries it is very easy to do.

He can either serve you or the prison guards and cell mate. He is financially ruined and won't be able to support himself. Report him for credit card fraud. You then let him hide out from the police at your house as long as he does what he is told.

I just wanted to share the experience of a real member of the US military with a couple people on here who obviously have no clue what they're talking about. We have an all-volunteer military. In fact, very few countries left in the world have a policy of compulsory military service. And unlike slavery, the pay is very competitive for many fields. I have a feeling that most other major military forces are very similar to ours in their obligations and terms. If you enlist in the US Military, it's for a fixed term, and you sit down with someone and review the terms and conditions before you begin. You do have the option of quitting, and like a great many civilian jobs in this country, if you accept training, which can cost between $50k and $100k, the government will insist that you pay off your debt by working for them for a certain amount of time. Dish network does this. Most trucking companies do this. If you take a commission as an officer in the US Military, you can essentialy quit at any time by resigning your commission. But again, you may owe the government some time if you accepted an expensive school. You are free to move around the country, change your duty station, even go from reserve to active duty to IRR (that's basically being a civilian with a few catches) whenever you want. Obviously you can't do this every month, but you can't do this as a civilian either unless you want to run the fast food circuit forever. My specialty is chemical weapons. I went to a very expensive school and I owed the Army two years as a result. It's easy to badmouth the military if you have never experienced it. I figure some of you have a lot of other things in life left to discover too. I'm giving you an opportunity to learn something new right now. Slavery is having your decisions and freedom taken away from you. If you really want to experience that, try getting hooked on meth, or get a felony sexual offense conviction, or move to Manhattan and get a $10/hr job. You will quickly learn what it's like to have all your decisions made for you. The military does nothing but expand your freedoms and responsibilities. And never forget that we are putting our lives on the line to preserve your freedom to talk shit about us. You can expect some feedback if you do it in our presence.
