I'm thinking... well.. no I don't know about you.. but with me.. it was the being taken off guard. Because my first MRI didn't bother me. But damn that 2nd one did. Now when I have to get one.. (one every six months..... sometimes twice)... I want to absoultely cry. And if they have to do both.. one with.. and another without the contrast.. I freak out!!! Because that means longer in the damn thing.

Most major cities have at least one Open MRI (usually at a private center because they're more expensive...looks like a giant forman grill and they put you in the middle but you can see out the sides. I find open is MUCH MUCH MUCH easier than that sewer tube I think John called it?

i'm a bit claustrophobic... not too bad... but start to panic if, say, i'm in a car where the back doors stay locked until the driver opens them and i can't get out when i want to... once when my own driver's door jammed, etc.
And i hate restrictive clothing, lol. Makes me feel like i can't breathe sometimes, even when they're not cutting off my air
Bras come off as soon as i get home!

So I've often thought i would hate most forms of bondage.
However.. i've come to love being restained at the wrists and ankles.. as long as they're not too tight. Get all dreamy and makes me feel SO submissive!
And recently was blessed to experience a rope dress for the first time.
Oh my... the feel of the rope on my bare skin... the way he dragged it across my body.
And even though a bit restrictive, particularly when trying to sit.. i loved it.
However.. i still wonder if i could deal with more extensive rope bondage.

Was wondering about how others who might be claustrophobic to some degree feel about bondage.

My advice from being claustrophobic...go slow.
I thought I was doing fine and all of a sudden it hit Me and yes I have been tied up,I try to experience what I do to My subs first hand.

Back to topic....go slow, reassure yourself(of course your Dom should reassureing you,but your mind is more powerful, and you saying to yourself it sinks in.) there are ways to get out fast,I"ll use the scissors and ruin the rope,if needed.Rope I can replace...My frazzeled brain takes longer to recover.

I have Large gatherings issues(anxiety). One of the best techniques I use is the
"Whats the worst that can happen".....your tied up,not choking...what the worst thing that can happen?you safe word out and He has to cut the rope OR you panic but are in safe hands and He talks you through it as Hes untieng you.

Deep breaths and telling yourself your OKAY works.Work your way slowly upping the amount of rope each time and you will be just fine.[:D]

Dealing with sub/slaves who are claustrophobic (best include Dominants here for sub/slaves who are in a possition to take caring responsibilites if necessary), I'd want to know if the claustrophobia is a standalone problem or if it is part pf a package like PTSD and may be combined with (E.G.) virtigo. The reason for this is to fid the best support assistance available. here in Aussie one of the best PTSD groups for those eligable is within the Vietban Vets Organizations. Claustrophobia is a disability in some cases and support groups in ot outside the lifestyle can really help suffers.

If you wrap her in aluminium foil (alfoil here in Aussie land) after basting her with herb butter and the juice of lemon, lime and orange, the place her on the roticery of the BBQ for 4 hours over a low heat she should be ready for eating ....

You NEVER see me using that overused LOL, but this time I really did!

Good job, IronBear.

Agreed...A reason why I have health questions on My apps.
And before doing a session,I double check and check again.
Even questions like have you been in the Armed Forces? Why...because some have seen some bad shit...and I wouldnt want to bring up an incident from the past.
I am very passionate about making sure E/everyone is safe, that includes Myself.
I continually ask if they are okay.I have started a new scale for discomfort...1-5.
1 being i'm fine and 5 being one-step under yellow. If gagged I have snap their fingers, this seems to be giveing My new submissives a bit more of an at ease feeling.
I want to push them to their limits but not give them a PTSD.

OMG i am definitely going to be diverting Master's attention away from these boards....cellophaned your hands first....wowser. i would have had a heart attack, the way my heart was pounding in my throat. (although i'm not so sure the emotionally exhausting things he has done in its place were much better...lol)

i was on the floor (not generally allowed the bed) so fortunately there was no head bonking.

Oh yes, He most certainly did cellophane my hands into a fist. Forgot to mention that when He was through with the cellophane, it was followed with duct tape.

It took forever for Him to remove that stuff!
