OMG - yes - i have tried it - very scared and nervous at first - then once it began quite excited - but that soon faded as well - muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments screamed out for attention - they wanted help and immediate relief - which was NOT to come - after awhile though - a quite long and painful while - it was almost as if Nirvana set in - quite peaceful and relaxed - the nerves, tendons, ligaments and muscles ceased their crys - and i was able to get into the scene and actually enjoy the scene
