Exactly. Allegations sure are fun, aren't they? There's an entire website devoted to helping dads get custody in divorce cases and the site has tons and tons of information about how women's lawyers will actually tell them to allege child abuse to ensure they get custody. It's disgusting.

This is also the same news organizations supporting that the originating incident involved car theft, forget that even though they were separated (not divorced) a wife taking her husband's car for a drive, no matter where he's at, is NOT theft.

The man also admits to harassing and threatening his wife's life...no that kind of guy would never hit his own child. How horrible that it even be suggested that he could be that kind of individual after saying how he'd like to have his wife shot to death by a sharpshooter.

Yeah, thinking this kind of individual is capable of harming his own daughter is definitely misandry.

Allegations are just that. Statements made in anger are statements made in anger. I've said MANY times that I'd kick someone's ass if they did x,y, and z. Then I cooled off and that was that. It's called venting. It's why many courts are having trouble convicting people on charges brought about by things written in journals. At the end of the day, all you have is words.

And on the subject of the car and the theft (which you seem to love to jump up and down on) *if* I ever met soemone I could stand long enough to share my life with.......my car is still *MY* car. She can drive hers, I'll drive mine. If she takes mine without asking, it's theft. The difference is the circumstance. And call me crazy, but if I had my dick glued to me and my wife and her buddies sped off in my car, I'm calling the cops.

READ the article. The man did NOT cool off after the fact. He harassed his wife threatening to start throwing away her dead father's ashes if she didn't break the current court order keeping her from having contact with him. This guy is a nut ball and clearly has issues with acting appropriately. He ADMITTED to THREATENING his wife's LIFE. And then turning around and threatening the girlfriend he told about it. The man has mommy issues and is taking it out on every female in his life, including his daughter.

Find the statistics that show that less than half of all domestic abuse issues are reported to the police. The revealed threat on the wife's life could have simply been the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm not saying it happened or not. But you're assuming this is all some tactic plotted against a man who cheated repeatedly, threatened his wife's life, and has allegedly struck his child. These things are a very very familiar pattern of bad behavior seen time and time again in various cases of domestic abuse.

And a woman wearing high heels that a guy likes, her husband or no, is NOT EVER an inciting incident for marital rape. I don't care if she walked around their house dressed up in the hottest thing she could find, a man, husband or no, is not "entitled" to his wife's body....that's an ideal that I thought civilized man left behind decades ago.

As I said, I'm not saying what these women did was right or wrong. I'm saying these women are loosing their chances of being indited on anything because this idiot has harassed his wife and threatened her life. It's ruining his public image of victim. And if you can't understand how critical that is to a criminal trial, then you should start using the brain you have as you seem to be able to find other information to support your view point. His actions to weaken his case make him an idiot.

You get married to someone and they are entitled to your car, and your debt, and your house payment and medical bills and so on, just like you're entitled to those things as well...that's what a marriage contract is about. That's the legally binding part of a marriage contract. None of that love crap matters in the eyes of the law in regards to the contract signed. The car note, the house note, the house, the car all that's what counted.

So if you get that far, and that happens to you....call the cops, you're not likely to get a response.

Really? Because I have heard of it happening. If a car is reported stolen, and the driver's name doesn't match the registration, they go to jail. As a popular lawyer used to say on his radio show "You may beat the charge, but you can't beat the ride."

Sure, it may be proven to be bullshit, but if the wife's name isn't on the registration, and the cop has no way of knowing if the two are on the outs or not, if the car is reported stolen, they have to act on that knowledge. For all the cop is concerned, who's to say the divorce isn't already finalized and the wife's just making up the fact that they're still married to get out of being arrested?

Again, not true.  The first thing that's going to happen, even going on the theory that the police would pull the car over after the report of auto theft is the police are going to ask the driver for their license.  In most cases of married folks, same last name and same address.  That's all a cop needs to see to send her on her merry way.  They don't care if a couple is 'on the outs' or not.

Nothing acquired during a marriage is individually owned in the eyes of the law.  That goes for the car as well as the cell phone.

Status: offline 		You have to be ready to face the consequences. That's all I have to say. Two people rarely understand one another's idea of justice. I think the punishment should fit the kind and degree of the crime. My revenge would be more subtle, less illegal. I do not see myself going to jail; I would have to hold a lot of hatred for the person.
