The only thing I can say is I've posted several examples here.

The most egregious of which was Hannity arguing the 77% number which he had to know was wrong. No poll has come within 30 points of that.

Give me some of yours.

Show me this liberal bias I keep hearing about.

The one I like just out is Beck scaring people that if you sign into the CARS website, you have to click on a link that states that your computer is about to become the property of the government and anything on the computer can be used and accessed at any time, but doesnt tell people clearly that thats only for dealers in the program. Im havin tofind a link but it was a vid clip...

You miss the point DomKen. Entirely.

I don't care if every event you are attempting to document is true (and links to media matters and dailykos have no creditability with me), that doesn't change the facts of what the thread's original article is stating, and the fact that the "left" side of the debate has had it's world view accepted as the "standard" for framing and reporting on any issues.

You aren't interested in talking about this subject. You and rule are only attempting to reframe this discussion to "Fox is bad", not "most mainstream media have a liberal point of view".

The reason that Fox gets you both so riled up is that it breaks the mold, mostly, on that liberal lock of TV news. It frightens and enrages you and other lefties, and make's even simple liberals uncomfortable.

When someone challenges deeply held beliefs, the normal reaction is to attack. And you two are displaying exactly that pattern.

Still doesn't invalidate anything about how the majority of reporters in the rest of the news organizations in the US are mainly Democrats, and have a liberal to lefty world view.

The fact is that I couldn't care less if a media outlet has a liberal or conservative bias as long as they report the truth fairly and accurately. For instance I have read the Chicago Tribune virtually every work day for the last 18 years. The Chicago Tribune, before you attempt to defame it, has long had a conservative bias that they made no effort what so ever to hide. However they have ethics and do a good job of actually reporting the facts.

Fox News simply lies too much. I'm not talking about an occasional error that might need a minor correction. I'm talking premeditated knowing and intentional misrepresentations.

BTW there is a reason I provided links through media matters and DailyKosTV. Each of those links includes the video of the lie being told on FNC.

Lucylastic, the video of Beck you are talking about is in the thrid link I posted in the previous post.

No. As usual you attempt to misrepresent the issue. Bias is irrelevant if the actual truth is reported. FNC lies. The right wings much loved news source doesn't report the truth but lies to support their POV.

As soon as people stop putting FNC forward as somehow even comparable to a real news network and these ridiculous ad hominen attacks against me and my character stop I'll be done with this silly whine fest of a thread.

Find the full context. I will almost gurantee that with your desire to be outraged by Fox that you filtered out exactly what the 77% referred to. Eg, if he said that 77% oppose health care reform if it means raising their own taxes then the number is in the right ballpark.

Thats one poll. As I said the other day, a yahoo online poll was 88% no, and a Fox poll was >90% no.

Also any one in Physchology courses knows that in the big 5 trait scale "Openness to experiance" is a more liberial and Democratic trait.

Those who write or are artists have a higher level of Openness to experiance then those who are not artistic.
