Hello all,

I am going to San Antoino, and will meet a member of this board. I am looking for advice. . .

Nope not that kind . . . gotta safe call, got his numbers, yadda yadda.

What I would like to know is this...........

I have not be to San Antonio since I was five. . . what should I (we) go see/do?

Yes, I know about the Riverwalk. . . do not want to see the zoo. . . The Alamo seems good. . .

Well, how about it folks?

Best,

LaMalinche

One of the best bar/clubs down there is the River Road Icehouse

If you are into those kinds of things

Kind of like a bar/restaurant/comedy house kind of thing

If you like botanical gardens, they have a very nice one in San Antonio. If you are going in April or later, the Texas Native Trail will be open. It's a nice walk. Not quite as opulant as the Dallas Gardens, but a nice afternoon stroll.

Be sure to check the weather forecast - central TX is wet and cold right now. Two things I would suggest are the Institue of Texan Cultures (if you like museums) and the missions.

Here are links to both
