I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercise to build flexibility with arms behind the back. I've always had a fascination with arm binders would eventually like to wear one but don't really have the flexibility to wear a regular one. I might be able to wear the type where your one arm is on top of the other.

It's simply a matter of opening your shoulder joints up. This is very hard for guys with a lot of muscle, but if you are dedicated you can do it.

I'd suggest looking up stretching for swimmers doing the butterfly stroke. Also there are a variety of yoga stretches that will open your shoulders over time.

If your profile pic is representative of you, it will take some time. Muscles like to be strong OR flexible. Strong AND flexible muscles are very hard to achieve.

Sorry for no specific exercises, but they are really hard to explain over the internet with only text.

Have someone hold your arms behind your back and pay attention to which muscles are being stretched. For me it was the front of my upper arms. These worked for me:
