It's simply a matter of opening your shoulder joints up. This is very hard for guys with a lot of muscle, but if you are dedicated you can do it. I'd suggest looking up stretching for swimmers doing the butterfly stroke. Also there are a variety of yoga stretches that will open your shoulders over time. If your profile pic is representative of you, it will take some time. Muscles like to be strong OR flexible. Strong AND flexible muscles are very hard to achieve. Sorry for no specific exercises, but they are really hard to explain over the internet with only text.
