To me, it looks like he's saying that his own time issues are preventing him from connecting with a non-pro and he's wondering if he'd be better off going to a pro.
Considering his previous posts, I think that he may be better off with a pro. He talks about committing, but it seems that what he wants to commit to is getting his desires fulfilled by one woman on a regular basis. If that is the case, it seems reasonable to find a pro who is skilled in the things he wants and set up regular paid appointments with her. It appears, though, that he's thinking he'll find a pro with whom he can establish a personal (non-paying) relationship. The chances that this will happen are rather slim. Hubby and I have a number of good friends who are pro-doms. They tend to see their clients as clients, not as potential partners.
There are exceptions. A fellow whose kink is about service (butler/maid-type service, not sexual service) rather than kinky/sex play may find a pro-dom who is willing to accept service on an ongoing basis and not charge him for her time. Fellows who primarily want play but are willing to serve in exchange aren't likely to get that kind of deal. The other exception is pain pigs. Hubby is a favorite playmate for our pro-dom friends and has never paid for their services. Our prodom friends ask to play with him because he is a big, friendly, huggy, cuddly pain-pig who communicates really well. They can let themselves go and really dig up on top-space and trust that he will keep his wits about him and let them know if it's too much (which hasn't happened yet).
