ORIGINAL: FirmhandKY I've documented in the "Fake Astroturf" thread the fact that the townhalls that end up with the type of activity you are discussing are ones in which the representatives aren't interested in answering the questions that there citizens are asking. Funny, I was on that thread and don't remember you documenting any such thing. I remembering you focusing solely on the Missouri event, and the way things were done there was an understandable reaction to the earlier disturbances and confrontations caused by protesters at other town hall meetings. What you did offer were generic videos of the event with your own interpretation of what happened, which seemed to be at odds with the media's version, and most witnesses not associated with the protesters. But of course, that was the evil liberal media and you set everyone straight with the highly respected and credible conservative source, Pajamas Media. What I do remember being documented credibly on the other thread were protesters who were coached through e-mails and websites to intentionally disrupt these meetings. So refresh my memory, what was your documentation again? quote:
When your elected officials have their own agenda, and refuse to listen to the point of view of a large section of their constituents, what do you think that they should do? Who refused? In every video and article I've seen the protesters started their confrontational tactics right from the start. Including in the videos you posted of the Carnahan event, where protesters were shouting about Acorn, which I guess in some convoluted conservative logic must have something to do with health care reform, though I can't for the life of me figure what that connection might be.
