To many it is seen as a rite of passage, a marking of territory.
To some it is seen as a form of service, the slave drinking from her Master so that he need not waste his time.
Others see it as humiliation, others in yet other ways. To each it is personal and the decision is personal.
As far as health wise, urine is actually used medicinally. When one is stung by a jelly fish urinating on it will reduce the stinging sensation and speed the healing process. This does not mean that urine is sterile and healthy for consumption, it can be damaging to people with kidney or liver problems, but to people that are in good health and have no serious problems and in neither has any form of STD, the body can handle quite a large amount without being harmed.
There have even been reports of people surviving in the desert because they drank each others urine.
I am not saying I recommend this, or that I encourage this to anyone, you should do your own research and you should be safe, just do not take everything you hear from one source or another. I have even heard from people in the medical field that have said that urine is sterile, that is true, it has no bacteria, nothing that can harm you in that way if the person is disease free. But it is NOT pure, it contains many different hard chemicals and elements that the body does not easily digest and in their purified forms are even harmful to the body. So read, learn, study, before you practice.
Never begin something you have not studied about, and never subject your slave or submissive to something that could harm them unless you know all the potential dangers first.
