You know, I really never understand these kinds of comments.  It makes Me wonder why you would want that?  Why would you want your slave to do something that warrants punishment?  Why would you want some situation to present itself that would require that kind of action?  Why would you want your slave to be disobedient or feel in some way that you aren't inspiring his submission.

I get the vibe that isn't what you really want.  What you want to do is get the fun spice from a scenario where you can incorporate the elements of what could be the same as punishment, without there actually having been a transgression at all.  What you really want is to add the different levels of emotions and feelings to your scene.  In other words, you want to do so role play.

People hear the term role play and start to think, well, were going to dress up like pirates, and there's going to be this script, and I'm going to put all of this work into this scene to make it different and exciting.  Sure, it can be that, but it doesn't have to be.  Why can't it be something as simple as establishing a name for your slave that you will only use when you want to get that part of you that wants to play enforcer and wants him to feel like he's in trouble, even when he's not?  

Pick out a name that's specifically for punishment role play.  Let's call him bruno.  Have a little talk with your slave and explain to him that from now on when you play this game, that's the name you are going to call him.  It's only going to be for when he's been a bad boy and you're going to punish him.  Then, wait for about a week or so.  When he's done some mundane task for you, like finishing the dishes, call him specifically by his 'punishment name' and take it wherever you like.

"Bruno, did you leave a spot on your Mistress' glass before putting it away?  Don't you know better?  How dare you?  Get My whip immediately."

"Bruno, I have told you time and again to rinse every plate before it goes in the dishwasher.  A bad slave like you doesn't deserve to eat from a plate.  Fetch a dog bowl.  Get on your hands and knees like the untrained animal that you are."

From there, you can take it anywhere that you want to go.  Call him his 'punishment name' only for the duration of the scene.  Stop using it when you're finished.  That name is the one you will only use for this kind of play so you both know what is going on.  You get to add that spice and spontaneity with it.  In a sense, it becomes your own little code word.
