anyone see this in the tos? first forum i ever saw didnt allow for them. Several months ago Collarme removed the ability for users to post their own avatars and embed images into their posts. This decision was made due to certain legal considerations and because the forum software we use does not have an approval system for images and avatars. Collarme also made a change that would default a users primary profile photo to be their avatar should a user want to have their own photo as an avatar. Collarme has a team that processes every single photo that gets on the site. ModOne made the offer to post avatars for users who want to have a different personal avatar up. A couple of weeks ago ModOne was uploading some avatars for users and forgot to shut off one of the upload features without realizing it. When this was pointed out to her she corrected the problem and instead of pulling the photos off the server and leaving a big ugly yellow box we made the decision to just edit out the embeds that shouldnt have gotten through in the first place. I ask that if you have a concern over my actions that you contact either myself or support before starting a thread over it.
