The challenge is whether or not there is a device a sub could remove and put back on and have the femdom never know. We'd have to assume he was a sneaky bastard then and had no real intention of submitting for real, just on his own terms. The bigger issue here is that his lack of real devotion would show in other ways anyway. She'd know he was lying and cheating and in reality he's only cheating himself. The "honor system" works incredibly well if trust is in place.
For femdoms that need to enforce chastity and there's no mutual trust/honesty in place, surely there's a need for a device that can't be compromised. He can break a lock, saw it off, smash it with a hammer or go to a locksmith. But the device is then destroyed and certainly the jig would be up when she came over and pulled down his pants. So there's not much "sneaking" possibility there.
Are there devices that can be easily compromised and put back on and the femdom wouldn't know? Sure, of course. Then there are ones that are trickier to fool around with and not get caught. If a sub is spending all his time figuring out how to get out of his dick cage, methinks he doesn't deserve to be wearing it in the first place. I'd find a sub interested in submitting on my terms and leave the rest to play alone with their chastity tubes.
