O.K., First of all they are right. Have some dignity! I am not yet a master of bdsm, but I know that you can't cry to the bdsm world as a dom and expect respect.

Secondly, I use to live in central Fl. There is a place in St. Petersburg called Suncoast Resort. You can't even park there if you don't have your I.D. with you, so don't forget it. There you will find a leather shop and next door is a leather bar. In there not only will you find a bar but many bdsm people. They can tell you about munches and such that are happening in the area.

And just to make one suggestion. Don't go in there sniffling. If you think the people in here are mean, then you do NOT want to go there!

yup..agree with MH, welcome to the boards, imadom.

and..a small piece of advice for the OP...fill in the profile, tell who you are, what you're looking for, post a picture if you can (or at least offer to send one if asked) etc., and maybe slack off a little bit on the list of who you're looking for. It looks more like a shopping list than anything else, given your lack of experience.

I would seek out a local munch group in your area so you can start attending them... They are great place to network and learn from people who have the same interest as your self. They need time to get to know you and your action will tell them if they can trust you. From there you can find mentors or some one who you can learn from. Some feel they need to learn bottom up before you can be a good MASTER and that is old guard. So many feel they can learn every thing they can from the book but you will need to do things under some one with more experience to truly understand what you are doing. It becomes more complex than people understand you have some one you either play with or control. The book can give you certain principles but got to be able to read the person reaction to things you are doing to them. I have had those who I could rely on and ask them question and I meet them at the local munch in my area.

krikket, first off all thank you for your suggestions. I'm always open for them. I don't have anything written on my profile because I am with someone now and other reasons. As for the "shopping list" (LOL) I simply forgot to erase that until you mentioned it. And I did like a long list to simply let those know who were interested to know that I can be a bit paticular in what I want and that it goes farther than the playroom. But that doesn't mean I don't value what you suggested, I just like things for certain reasons. Again thank you and your suggestions are always welcomed.
