My girl and I never miss an episode and are planning to get the DVD sets...

There is only two other shows we follow this diligently... Dexter and the United States of Tara

*is a puddle when around the series, got the first 3 books from the library here*

BTW, Shreveport has a landmark for True Blood. The city developed and dedicated it along part of a film trail last week.

Status: offline 		I loved the books....I've reread the entire series at least 4 times.....I love the better character development and the addition of new supes in each new book.  And the humor is there in the books that isn't as obvious in the series.  I do like the series too.....but there are things that I wish hadn't changed.  I've watched the first season at least 4 times on dvd.....I so can't wait to the next season to come out!

Isn't it that way with most books that are turned into movies or series...
It is why Stephen King has a much bigger say in his movies now... After the first make of "The Shining" he started demanding it.
