Er, call me clueless, but what exactly is the 'bigotry' and 'discrimination' thats going on? Building inspector gets a complaint, building inspector invigilates complaint, building inspector determines there are not enough fire exits / substandard wiring for a group of people thgat large ..... Should building code violations only be examined if the place is a gathering spot for white straight christian males? Any minority group gets a pass cause invistagating them would be ~discrimination~?

Yeah yeah, I know, I know .... the fire code violations are the ~cover story~ and the REAL reason for the shutdown is that intolerant victorian minded hatemongering prudes just dont like sex ...... Hummmm? If that was true, why didnt they shut it down right fromn the very start? When the local goverment thought there wasent large crouds meeting there, the place was still a sex based business. If they were so oposed to alternitive sexuality then the city should would have been shuting them down even then.

Thinking ther wernt crouds large enough to go over the fire codes = no shutdown. Finding out there were crouds large enough to go over the fire codes = shutdown. Kind of seems to me that the fire codes would have at least SOMETING to do with the issue.

i went to the store years and years ago.  i dont think they even had the club in operation then.  apparently they must have changed owners since then also, since the guy in the video was different then what i remember.  its good that at least some people showed in support of the club, but reading the comments makes me sick.  some people are such ignorant prudes.

Hate to say it, but having fought fires in the Navy [and see some crisp leftover after the fires] playing is a sub standard firehazzard building is not a safe thing to do. If they had been up to codes, and its not that hard to do mostly maybe they would not have been shut down..Although I have to admit it seems the board got on their soap box and if not that, they would have found some way to shut them down.
