The gist of the article was the anatomy of a woman and it's affect on reaching orgasm during intercourse alone with no other stimulation.
This is a quote from it,

I personally have heard many possibilities over the years, this being one and also the amount of foreskin over the clit. As far as the rule of thumb issue. If the male ride higher then a direct shot at the vagina causing skin friction and rubbing to also be higher it is a big help for those who's clits are further away from the optimal distance.
Just a thought.
