This weekend is the 40th anniversary of Woodstock. As I'm 49 (as of today) I was too young to be there. What about you folks?. Id like to hear some tales from folks who were there or if your parents were there and they have talked about it.
Also, there is a legent that a baby (some say more than 1) was born at Woodstock? What do you think folks? Real or is it a job for Mythbusters?
Actually, mostly I remember Monday morning, backstage.
"Jimi," I said, "It's now the fourth day. You gotta shake it up. How? I dunno--play the Star Spangled Banner or something. Whatever--just do something different! Playing with your teeth alone isn't gonna do it this time..."
I never did see the by hype about Woodstock. I remember watching the 25th Aniversy on TV back in Highschool. The thing is that America calls Woodstock a once in a life time huge camp out music festival when the Netherlands has an annual event that's always atleast twice as big.
