I have had a total financial melt down. I have run my own very specialised craft based business since 1978, but was hit by the banking crisis at the beginning of this year, and lost a £65k order in January. Then I lost a £40k order in the spring plus some other smaller orders, all due to banks pulling out the rug from under my customers. In the last week or so I have lost a £50k order, cancelled because the banks had reduced my customers credit by 50%. So I am now completely broke and going bust! I can't pay the rent on my house and am being evicted. The possession order will be granted this week. I probably have until about the end of this month to find somewhere and get out. I will have enough housing benefit to pay about £400 or so a month, and need somewhere very urgently. I am hoping to find someone with a house that has not much furniture and a spare, preferably empty, room or two, plus a garden where I might stick a shed, or have an empty and unused garage, to work from and keep my unique craft alive. Anyone who responds will be given the web site for that, I won't wave my true ID around on public web sites for obvious reasons, my friends all know who I am, I'm internationally recognised and my real name can be googled. I'd rather be living with people who are kink friendly if possible, and also trans friendly, in view of my taste in sexual partners. I am a smoker, but never do so indoors, so no problems there. My cooking is good, if a little limited by having only learned in the last year or so. I am civilised, quiet and gentle. Terri may be joining me, she is pre-op TS, and a very good and experienced cook too! Also quiet and civilised. I am a lifelong naturist, Terri is comfortable with naturists, but like many TS girls, she is uncomfortable naked herself, though that could change after GRS. We don't push our kink nor my naturism down other people's throats, we are discreet and kind people. Needs to be somewhere in the Portsmouth area - say within about 20 miles or so if poss, as all my much loved friends live around here. I will be flexible. Even IOW would just about be OK, though I'd prefer mainland. Prefer rural but would happily live in Pompey. Anyone with a farm and outbuildings? I am currently in Cowplain near Waterlooville. If anyone can help, or knows of anyone who can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. I would also appreciate it if anyone reasonably local can store some of my things. I have some very nice furniture that needs a temporary home, possibly for a year or so while I try to get back on my feet. So if you have an odd corner for something nice, come and see what you can take. I will also need some friends to help me move out as I don't have money to pay for removals. Although the quality of advice given so far is highly helpful especially Rule's I think that man is basically placing a classified ad which he could have done in the local paper. It strikes me as highly unlikely anyone will fulfil all of these things (1) Live in Portsmouth, (2) Have a spare room, (3) Visit this site regularly, (4) Take in someone they don't know off the internet when they are not looking to.[8\|] edit: font

OK, people make assumptions. And they can be very wide of the mark. There are things I haven't mentioned, for reasons of privacy. So to answer some of the questions: No, my business has not been in the same place since 1978. It has been in several, and I had two branches with a number of employees, before the industry collapsed in recent years. I was doing very well, but I decided to invest most of the money in my four children's futures and pay for a decent education, since the state system here is a load of total crap. My eldest is now a Master of Science and a City of London high flier going on into the Diplomatic Corps, the next one just got a first at a world class university and has a law career mapped out and no doubt will become a Judge as she intends. The others are still in education, though no longer funded by me. I spent about two million on them. Sad that their mothers prejudice and homophobia turned them against me. They'll be back in the end, when they have had time to think and learn. One is already in contact. Then I got shafted 3 years ago by an international giant that wanted some unique technology I own but wanted to rip me off for it, They used their power in the industry to screw my business. But I still survived and was recovering until the banking crisis wiped me out. No, I can't just sell the technology, there are reasons I can't tell you about. My ex wife left me a while ago because she and I had grown apart after 33 years, and when she found out I was with a TS girl, the entire family disowned me. After 33 years, most of our friends were people we met together, so they nearly all buggered off too. Not all, some were loyal. I moved here 10 months ago and made a new life for myself here in the South Downs, living openly as kinky and pansexual, and I have a lot of friends in the lifestyle, hence this ad. I don't want to live in a vanilla situation, so I stuck some ads around the kink world to see what would come out of the woodwork. I have had some lovely responses from people who really care, many of whom know me well already because of the munch I run and the places I regularly go in this and the trans lifestyle and things I have done for our community here. Note Benne: my partner is a transsexual woman and kinky like me. Why didn't I move in with her? Because she is herself about to become homeless from a place 100 miles from where my friends live, here. I hope that answers all your comments. Best of luck to you. I hope you are being realistic in your expectations. You may have to settle for a cheap one room apartment, sell all your stuff, and keep your kink quiet. Many of have had to. It sucks but such is life. Going to go contemplate the memories of the apartment that had the nasty green carpet with the big ( and I mean huge) blood stain that would never come out. I was always afraid to ask who died there......

Not me, I'm totally out, sod it. I'm not fricking hiding away. Don't worry, England is far more kinky than Iowa! (Like your profile BTW). I have had several offers already today and I have a few weeks yet to get out. We are not so spread out in England and I am so active in the local scene that most people around here know me or at least know of me and what I do. Still says vanilla on my posts! What a blinking insult! LOL! I post much more on IC than here, it's a UK site. C'est la vie. I won't be flogging anything at all. Other than the next slave who points their pretty arse in my whip's direction! LOL! I have places for some of it already, and my friends will rally round, I know it! I got laid here better then when I lived in Chicago. So- the idea that nothing goes on in a small town is incorrect. The difference is people are more quiet about it and less public about it- I would go so far to say is that there is MORE SEX in a small town- because there is less other things going on....

I've opened My home to a lot of people over the years, but only in those cases where I actually knew the person. Call Me cynical, but I'm not the type to believe every person is a wonderful person who has fallen on hard times just because they say that's who they are on the internet. Best of luck to you.

Everything I say can be easily verified by anyone who is seriously interested in helping rather than taking the piss as some of the wankers here seem intent on.
