I now have three sets of cuffs!

Wow. THAT brings back memories ;) My father used to lose things, then blame it on everyone else (okay, sometimes it WAS our fualt). Let's say he couldn't find a hammer. He'd stomp around yelling "I'm gonna buy 50 f***ing hammers and put one in every God Damn Room in the house! That way I'll always be able to find one no matter HOW many you f***ing kids steal!"

lol, and worse yet ... I find myself doing that as well sometimes ;)

But I remember prior to 1964 sitting in a purple kitchen and my mother made something or another and potatoes au gratin (I don't like most mean cheeses) and I called them 'potatoes hog rotten'........

Poof, my old man slapped my head in the plate 'so quick it would make your head spin', and at that time, at that place, in that space-time continuum it was my lot in life to ask for more, when I could see and breathe again.
