Are you asking for a Bot Script called Brat Chat?
If you are ask around the Bondage.irc.com server there may even be a few still using it but most Bot Scripts are dead, the Gamers still use various bots that do different things but it takes so much modification to make it worth while for a respose script that it makes it almost not worth the time.
mIRC Scripts are a labor of love, almost every bot that I had used a vending machine script to communicate, It takes some time to figure out how to get it to respond to something without ! command but it is possible.
Now before you ask it has been so long since I built a Bot that I would be useless to you I had to learn how to register my nickname again and I did it wrong and lost my Nick.
Anyway If you go to the Bondage.irc.com server you can find many different programs and ALL of them can be modified.
Also Google the following: mIRC Bot Script Bratchat Brat chat then look thorugh pages till you find something familiar. BE CAREFUL HOWEVER Many Bot Programs are Hacker Scripts and you can open your entire computer to the Hacker who built the down load.
ONLY DOWNLOAD FROM TRUSTED SITES AND ASK AROUND ABOUT A SITE FIRST.
Back in the day I had friends who could ruin your life, all you had to do was download their program.
