Sandra, I agree that you don't look overweight, more on the heavier side of the range you look good in. I'm fine from around 115 to 140 - I can mostly wear the same clothes, look good, and am still fit, but sometimes I do want to adjust within that range deliberately. Also, becoming more toned, flexible, developing better balance, coordination, and cardio capacity/endurance can be good goals, even if you don't want your weight to change. If you wanted to lose a significant amount of weight or go on a strict diet, though, I would be concerned about a potential eating disorder. For right now, you might have better luck finding a workout buddy or someone to be accountable to (I think there's a kinky fitness and weightloss group on Yahoo that someone mentioned recently).
