I know it is ridiculous but I have the profile name of someone I told to meet me here and I realize now that I do not know how to send a message to him!!!
I have only replied to messages that have been sent to me until now.

I 've been looking all over the site and I do not know how to find his profile nor how to send him a message.

well, if you know the state, the city, the age range, you can pare down the list to look for, and you can even sort by join date...........

then you can message him, that's one way.....not necessarily THEE way.

Wait a minute.........I just read again.

on collarme.com not collarchat.com you can type his nick in the search space

Thanks but there is no "SEARCH" item in the menu on the left side of the page
and I do not find one in my profile area, nor under "edit profile."
I don't know where the F*** it is!

underneath the profile pics (middle of the page) there is username  type in there, look for the button towards the right labeled search............

there will be a box below the profile if it is there  type away and click the send button

Well I cannot find his profile to begin with because I cannot find any search box anywhere.
I cannot find any place where I can set age ranges state city  - to do any kind of search.
There must be a place one can do a search a username, or a place where one can set parameters  for a general search somewhere here, but this site was designed by absolute morons!!!

In my OWN profile typing his name in the "message to" box only sends my message to myself.

ok, you see a bunch of buttons to the left like:

home
message boards
chatroom

and so on?
note that there are sliders to the bottom of the page and to the right, slide the one to the right downwards.......

then you should see :

Username Gender Orientation State

if you are not seeing these, then we first have to establish where in the fuck you are at.

If you know someone's name, it does not matter what you have your search status set for. In other words, I have mine set to only look for Dommes, but if I were to type in a male name, it still comes up, if I get the name EXACTLY correct. You seem to be having alot of trouble, I don't want you to miss your connection with your friend. If you would like, you can cmail his name, and I will send him a quick note right now and tell him you are having trouble contacting him, and that he needs to send you a message.

I seem to have accidentally found  the general search boxes. I guess it was on the "HOME" screen below the random worthless profile that was there. I did find a username box and was able to send my contact a message.

Thank you for being concerned enough to offer to message him for me. Very kind of you.

Even though my problem is solved, I would still like to know what the other helping person meant by "Sliders to the bottom and to the right of the page"
Is he talking about scroll bars? What is a "slider"?  When I am at my "read mail" screen - which is the most useful place on the website for me, there is a menu on the left side, Home message boards, chat...  bdsm gear.... read mail.
None of those buttons have any drop down menus or >> type things that open up to the right so what is a "slider?

I have been online doing all kinds of things since 1996 and this site is one of the most challenging to figure out of anything I have encountered. Maybe it was designed by the Soviet KGB or the CIA.

slider is actually the little thing you grab in a scrollbar......this is a distinction without a difference to you.  So a slider = scrollbar.

Now, once he emails you, you can reply directly from reading his email.
