I have Running in the 90's by Initial D stuck in my head. how do i make it stop? =[

Listen to it backwards. Other techniques involve moving your eyes rapidly around the room whilst invoking the memory you wish to be free of. This techniques has the downside of finding yourself looking around the room frantically not knowing why you started doing so.

The point is now though because you made this thread you will continue to re-remember that which you have forgotten. Also when you have forgotten it (say sometime next year) someone with a nasty sense of humour will bump this thread so that you can re-remember it all over again.[8\|]

It's ok as long as it didn't come out of your nose because that can be quite painful and the method of avoiding that is to remember to open your mouth. Path of least resistance.
