I have cum when using rosebud or baker sounds only. The woman I was playing with had different types of sounds. Van Buren, Dittel, Hank and Rosebud. She told me I was the first one who ever cum while being sounded. The Van Buren, Dittel and Hank didn't do much for me but I loved the Rosebud

In Vietnam they would torture people by inserting glass into the shaft, then slamming down on it, to shatter the glass inside.

I think there has been some good and informative advice on this thread. Its very important, crucial in fact to pay attention to what people have said about sterility. Good surgical sounds that have been properly sterilized can be used on different people. Doctors tend not to use disposable sounds, just sterilized ones. A good way to check that they really are sterile (don't take a Dommes word for it) is to check the sterile and unopened pouch that the sound was in during the autoclave process. The pouches I use in my autoclave have a blue strip that turns black once sterile and it clearly states on the package about how the pouch works.
Another thing I would add is, use individual sterile gloves.
People stick stupid things up their jacks eye. Infections can cause urethral scarring which means, no more sounds.
