What makes you think I don't have the chance to rule the world? Honestly, stuff like that is highly over-rated. I'm content to have my nice little corner of heaven and a wonderful woman to share it with.

I'm not sure why you limited it to just us men. Sure. Why not? I could stop wars instantly, correct food distribution inequities, get rid of corrupt governments....

I'm not a Dom, but I know I wouldn't rule the world. (Or even a smaller portion) There is allot of work in that, and we all know you can't please everyone. And just because you rule the world, doesn't mean you will live very long by not trying to please everyone. Being the ABSOLUTE ruler, is almost the truest form of submission when done right, but the truest form of domination when done wrong. edit thinks about that again well, this can be argued because of the intent. But the idea stems from the impossibility of doing it right. There are good D/M's out there, but people like that could never handle the entire population, along with vanilla people, and the like. There will be people who will never accept leadership. This is where you would really argue having to bend too much to everyone's will.

If I ruled the world there would be no crime, no war, no hunger, no poverty, no disease, no problems of any kind. Me and the other person I left alive on my path of conquest would have a grand old time until lack of medical care killed us. I am just way to intolerant of idiots to have the power to destroy them. Driving to my fortress every day would result in thousands of casualties, I already think talking on a cell phone should be punished by having that cell phone permanently attached to your head with a nail gun and don't get me started on what horrible punishments I'd meet out upon internet spammers...

It isn't about ruleing the world it is about ruleing my life. And all those that CHOOSE to be in it. If Given the chance to rule the world I think It would be a sign of mass insanity and find a small corner of the world and live out the rest of my life in complete societal solitude. The world would have had to have gone mad to ask me such a thing. Steel

The world is such a large and diverse piece or real-estate, however ruling a country would be more up my alley any day. I just haven't found one suitable seeing that they are all so fucked up and I'm not sure I want to spend the time and energy fixing it first. Probably ruling another planet may be better. I keep getting chucked out and banned from both Heaven and hell because it is known I would take over ruler-ship so that idea went down the gurgler too.

Ruling the world is overrated. But it has its advantages. I hope nobody here is planning to interfere with my world domination scheme [:D]

I'd call that tyranny, not domination. And, we can all wish to be god-like and perfect, but it isn't a goal based in reality.

I do desire to rule the world, but I am not very dominant. At the moment I am not immortal, nor do I at the moment have any prospect of becoming immortal.
