My Master played with me with the violet wand for the second time (I hadn't tried one before him), using an attachment that lets the electricity flow directly from his hands in different ways, rather than the lightbulb or other gadgets. It felt almost like special effects, or like he was a cyborg or superhero with power to command and manipulate lightning, even though on a rational basis, I know the basics of how it works. I was in awe of him in a way that felt different from D/s, and had almost a similar flavor to objectification (when I pose for photography or have been used as a canvas for body art) but toward him, instead of myself. Anyway, I thought it was pretty cool, and thought I'd ask about your experiences - not with violet wands specifically, but in that "more than human" sense of unreality. Sorry if I'm not explaining it very well!

I've seen that done and even as an onlooker, it produced something of that sense of awe in Me! I wanted to have a go but My ex-subby-wuss wouldn't be in it. (Yet he got into fire play, go figure!). Must say I have not had an experience like that yet but as my master gets adventurous I dare say he'll find some way to get that kind of effect... he seems to know my body inside and out and knows how to make it react in so many different ways[sm=yahoo.gif]

I remember watching a scene where the Domme was playing with Her sub tied to a cross. She had the violet wand charge going thru Her body while She ran Her tongue all over the subs back and chest. Sparks were jumping from Her tongue to the sub making him squirm. It was a very Hot scene. Scotty

MaamJay, it actually feels pretty similar to fireplay (when both are done with a flat hand), but has far more fine-tuned control! Violet wands are actually safer than a lot of other kinds of play, but it sounds like your guy was afraid of electricity. Sometimes things scare people when they've had a bad experience, or it sounds more frightening than it actually is. My Master and I just met up with a lady who I've known for a few months this evening. She's planning to mostly casually play with me, with some co-topping with him and possibly another Dominant that we all know. She hasn't tried violet wands before, but is interested in them, and my Master is planning to show me how to do it. [:D] Hopefully you'll get a chance to try it sometime. BoundDragon, you're right that bottoming to and submitting to various things can feel wonderful in all kinds of different ways! This felt really different from impact play or most other kinds of play, because it didn't seem like he was using a toy on me, it was him, just touching (and zapping) me! Scotty, he touched my tongue once, but didn't lick me while he was using it. I couldn't see any sparks actually jump off of him when he touched or zapped me, but I could smell the ozone as the air was ionized when there were several zaps close together. It sure looks pretty though with the other attachments that do show the sparks dramatically!

Andelusite, Violet Wands are Exquisite to give for pain/pleasure and are very sensuous under the right charged hand . I have been looking for one to call My own! So much fun, easily portable, and Mylar additions are inexpensive and so much fun! Another good reaon for the Fourth of July. [;)]

I don’t know how you can take it…if it is anything like getting an EMG. I was once diagnosed with ALS…I spent literally hours with needles inserted into every muscle group in my body then electrical impulses sent to elicit muscle responses. It took two men to hold me down because of the extreme muscle contractions…now that was pure hell. Once a month for two years I endured…it never once felt erotic. Butch

From the top side, I actually prefer the bottom holding the conducting rod so I can use My fingertips to watch the sparks fly. I like the glass attachments, too, but there's just something about feeling like the power is coming from Me, rather than from the wand. I'm a hands on kind of gal.

i do enjoy the violet wand but even more after a beating to get things warmed up so to speak. it can be used in so many ways and places it can be a lifetime to discover them all

MistressIrish, he doesn't happen to have any Mylar attachments for it - he likes collecting the vintage ones, from when they were used in actual medical offices. I've seen some of the Mylar tinsel floggers before, but not in use. LP, he doesn't use a conducting rod - it's a plate on a metal bead chain, like a military dogtag. I agree, the combination of being "hands on," but being able to do more, is pretty amazing! clip, so far, we've used it more as a warmup for impact/heavier play instead of the other way around, but either sounds fun!
