Hello all i know this is probably not a good subject for here but being one of the millions that are unemployed in this country and having a hard time finding work, i was wondering peoples thoughts on using this venue to not only seek work but gainful way of life , If i am way out of line please forgive me , Thank everyone in advance for the words and wisdom. Yours truly

Not personally where I'd wanna network. I have no interest in the adult entertainment industry. It also seems that you would end up mixing business with pleasure in a way that could hinder not only your future careers but your personal life. I can't see it as possibly being a good thing unless you're planning on being a prodom or sub or something of that sort.

I suggest www.indeed.com for online jobhunting and www.linkedin.com for online networking.

To my mind in this day and age if you're looking for work using ANY site to network and make contacts can only be a good idea, including this website. Obviously we're not talking about working in the adult entertainment industry (and those who think so perhaps have been reading too many porn sites or coloured magazines) but all the kinky people who run businesses and companies who need staff and also those who work in places who know of vacancies. However you need to be genuinely openminded and reasonable and avoid becoming too narrow-minded in what you want to consider and from whom. I'd also suggest keeping a profile somewhere like Facebook or even having your own website which can be used as a reference point for potential employers and contacts. But yes I think it's a very good idea.

Here's another site for online job-hunting, too. http://workathomedesk.com/work-at-home-directory.htm and another (I believe on this site, you can make a profile for potential work. Some of the work is employment, some is self-contracted work)...both of these sites are either employment or independant contracting work https://www.livework.com/projects
