I would not stay. I don't pay for any site online. Never have never will. Seems completely senseless and useless to me since there's always another site offering the same exact thing for free and you'll find the same exact people there as here just usually under a different name or even the same name.

I would most likely stay. I am not always able to socialize outside my home due to my health so its nice to have this networking system.

I dont use the other side so no I wouldnt pay for personals and as much as I really like the forums and the people Ive met, no I wouldnt pay for a forum anywhere at anytime for anyone. Lucy

I am here for the forums, the lower forums mostly. I am no longer looking. So as far as a hook up site, if this became that, I would not be involved. I have no problems with donating, though, but volunteer basis. I just like the forums for a fun diversion.

Depending on the cost and format changes, I would lean toward staying. If I were to go, I would definitely want to keep in touch with certain folks and would exchange information. As it is, I like the ease and format. Davan

FR, after read thru This question confuses me since there are a number of pay-sites (alt.com, bondage.com, etc) providing very similar services -- I thought part of the point of places like CM & FL is that they do not charge . . . . . . What confuses me is why people complain about CM's 'problems' & those 'problematic' connections to CM's free status when the complainers can amble on over to alt (et al) & plunk down their money & get whatever they think that's gonna get them, over there . .. . . Yeah, if I wanted to pay to hang out on a BDSM social networking site, I'd already be there, paying . . . . . & if CM decided to start charging I'd move over to the next free site to emerge . . . . . . . (I tend to wonder, now, how many other BDSM social networking sites those inclined to whine about CM's 'deficiencies' have actually hung out on. There are literally dozens of BDSM-specific dating & social-networking sites, & more emerging all the time . . . . . . Perhaps it has nothing to do with the site, or the logic of the argument, & everything to do with the innate whining propensities of the whiners . . . . .. . . )
