I wish to try forced lactaion ( not sure if this is the right term) also stretching as if you couldnt tell, plus a fe wother things!

Lactation is very significant in its impact on the body, and for some, rather difficult or nigh impossible to induce. But for some it is rather simple. You will find many threads here on the topic by using the search function, some with excellent advice. I will be happy to share my lactation experience with you if you send me a private message.
