I had to pierce both mine do-it-myself in the early eighties. You see, there weren't all these places that could/would do it for you. Had to send away to Gauntlet in Calif for kit, rings and instructions.
I've slowly increased guage while keeping diameter "just right" for a boy/sub/slave to insert fingers and pull. Actually, my nips are long enough to command (literally and figuratively) play between the ring location and chest. "Play behind the rings, boy."
As to sensitvity: my nips are connected to my dick. Twist 'em a little, suck on 'em a little, et voila - Houston, we have a hard-on. Can't really remember if they got more or less sensitive - after all, that's more than 25 years ago. I tease the boys and ask their age: "35, Sir," to which I reply, "My tits were first pierced when you were in 4th grade." Seems to impress most of 'em. LOL!
Another playful statement: "Boy, you have a mouth and two hands. I have a dick and two nips. Three equals three. I don't care which is where, but use all three of yours to pleasure me at all times." Ah, the stories I could tell........ but I'm drifting thread if not downright hi-jacking it.
