The one thing which I'd like to point out is for people to please refrain from stating " You'd be perfect for me" It may look good written but all it does is raise suspicion. I mean if you want perfection, then why approach a human and simply get a robot? I agree with much to what the OP posted. I look at a first and subsequent contacts as each being first impressions and try to make a good impression. I want the other person to approach on a person to person level initially, the protocol and stuff can gradually start after we feel there is something worthwhile exploring. I have had 2 s types approach me in the past week and in both cases, what got me interested is they both appealed to the human factor. They expressed interest in getitng to know me forst instead of wanting to know what I would do to them.
