Oh now this is my thing [;)] The problem with balls is they come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes (with well defined ones) you can use a normal cock and ball harness and attach weights accordingly but I find it much better to make a lower body harness that includes the cock and balls with hemp rope (or whatever you prefer) and attach the weights. The rope needs to be about 3mm. Before putting around the balls you need to manipulate them downwards (making sure you don't have an escapee!) and bind the rope around the upper loose skin. The weights are not actually attached to the balls but to the sack (loose skin) that hold them. You will be suprised at how much weight you can take and how long they will stretch. One great little devise I have is an small iron bowl on thin but strong chain. I attach this to the rope and hang it down between the legs and then put a lit candle in the bowl. The sub will have to swing it like a pendulum to stop it getting too warm.

The most weight I am personally willing to attach to testicles is about 12 lbs. if you are going to be using rope then use the base of the cock as part of the anchoring of the first part of the tie. And don't get up suddenly, make sure nothing rips.

I have done almost 15 lbs before, things are not broken yet. Nylon rope also works very nicely, just run several loops around the balls and leave a loop to hang stuff off of. I have used large lead fishing weights with success, normally I hook some snap swivels on them to make attaching to the rope a little easier. Very interesting feeling having 10 lbs of lead hanging off you nuts!

On the cheep and easy... Use a 2 liter bottle tied to the rope as your weight. Add water until his eyes start to brim.
