So, I originally learned this term online... reading, etc. I love the idea and all, but how is it pronounced? A good friend of mine swears it is "Chuckold" I always thought it would be pronounced the way it looks... I'm looking forward to clarification...

Great thanks everyone. I can't believe I didn't check dictionary.com.... I regularly go there... I was right, he was wrong... and thanks for the spelling correction as well... today I learned something! Have a good one.

Correct pronunciation of the spelling as listed above is...."Chuck.....hold".

(Which is not an actual word).

Correct pronunciation of "Cuckhold" is "Cuck....hold" (which is also not a word).

However....there is a word; "Cuckold"....which is pronounced (oddly enough): "Cuck.....old".

One word....no spaces.
