I would suggest you replace trips in the elevator with days with no orgasm,but just for fun you have to edge that same number of times each day, while having a 1 pound weight hanging from you balls. On Saturday and Sunday you can roll a die and if the number is 2,4, or 6 you replace the weights with a large butt plug. For humiliation you have to wear panties forever from now on, don't worry no one will see them.
