I JUST started Jujitsu, 2nd class was Tuesday night for 3 hours. Honestly - it must be a form of masochism.. and I don't like or want to get hurt much less deal with pain, bruises or all those pretty marks I LOVE to deliver to another body. I can see setting yoga poses as a form of concentration, but not just for that. Pain? nah, yoga makes Me sweat, and even though I'm not good at it yet, My body responded better to yoga than all this front rolling, face-falling, tossing about stuff in Jujitsu! .. then 'why Jujitsu?" well now.. it is amazing exercize and mental training.. and a couple of My friends are in that dojo. Let's see how far I go! ( I went to the chiropractor yesterday!) Always the best Diva~Zya
