To my knowledge, there are two types of pony play: (1) where the pony(boy) or pony(girl) is naked except for hoof-style-boots, bit&bridle, and where the ponyboys and pony girls pull carts with dressed Dominants in them; or (2) where ponyboys and ponygirls actually do 'horse-style' athletics like prancing or jumping hurdles in equine competitions (you need to be in very good physical shape for these events.
Depending on the type of pony life that you are going to be in, there are different groups but thes groups are very very different as to what activity they actually do.
Older people, and those not in shape, wont stand a chance in the ponyboy/girl equine competitions which are like the Olympics and take a lot of preparation, practice , and drill.
Also, you need to think about if you are going to wear a 'tail'-- for pony activity in the home, a tail that is a buttplug style can do, but if you are going to be walking and jumping, you cant have a plug like that moving around in your rectum; ibnstead they have a real tail but it is attached to a wasitband harness (which allows you to run and jump, and is more realistic and like a real pony).
I know that there was a pony convention/competition in Virginia and in Kentucky this apst year attended by a lot of people.
