i've heard it in boxing terms -- Technical Knockout, but I'm not sure if you mean it in a different setting.

I ran across it in a laundry list of favorite activities posted by a top. I'm not familiar with it as an BDSM activity.

Wow, thanks for the long list.

I heard back from the man who had it in his list--it does mean "technical knockout"--he likes his subs unconscious, it seems. Too dangerous for my taste.

TKO in Pugilistic MMA or other Martial Arts terms refers to a combatant, whilst not unconscious is unable to continue because in the opinion of the referee, a doctor or his corner he is not fir to fight. He may not be focusing, have an eye closed or blood running to an eye impeding his sight or in fact he may just quit. If this is a want from some dominant I'd be giving him a wide berth.

I've never heard of a Dominant making that request, though, so I would want some clarification on what that means to him, particularly how he would desire to achieve it, why he wants it, and how he would maintain your safety throughout.
