I have a big house- so I can accommodate the stuff.
I been meaning tho -to go thru it and sell some of it. Our local paper- has free ads if you email it in. I pretty much have my old lap top computer sold to Jenny. :-)
Often I get used stuff- then when I get a nicer widget I pass on the older one to someone in need.
It amazes me what people will collect. Just this week- I unloaded a big stack of egg cartons on freecycle. That saves me on the garbage bill.
My brother runs into alot of neat things. (he flips houses) He has passed items to me. Gosh- a kitchen table set- Jim sold me- well it was free but $5 to deliver it. I used it a few years- then I gave it to Jenny- she uses it for a computer desk.
When I moved to PA in 1988- I was so sick of junk- that- I only brought what could fit into my car.
Since then- twice I lived in an apartment for 7 years- I thought I did not have alot of stuff- until I went to move it!!
One thing- I no longer obtain used appliances. They break and I would rather buy kenmore- as I know it will last.
I am behind- I should be doing work on the house- but- I have not been. Tho my yard looks great!!! :-)
