Perhaps for the rest of the time they either were not looking or were not looking for a Mistress.

Although yes the op seems to be another pointless complaint in any case.

The Mistresses who "collared" me or however you kids want to call it, usually last for about a year then we move on  =] Back when I first joined, there wasn't as many webcam whores as there is now.

Edit: I never said I was complaining, I just wanted to see how many actually deal with this also -.-

However,

I'm going to take you at your word that you are trying to start a conversation... The best way I've found real people on this site has been right here on P and ORS.  I talk in the chat rooms at times and I have a profile, but this one set of threads is hands down the best way to find interesting, intelligent people who are serious but don't take things too seriously.  That's a winning combination in my book.

I didn't.  I responded to your initial post and gave suggestions that I thought would improve your chances.  Your response was to state that due to a whole bunch of things you never stated in your initial post, all my suggestions were wrong.

That's not a really good way to get a good convo going.

Do you know we exchange holiday cards?  Attend each other's weddings and birthday parties, send postcards to geographically challenged members (just a friendly reminder), talk on the phone, on chat, over coffee?  We are open and welcoming to new members of the group here, but we can get danged viscious if you don't respect the people and the relationships.  Hell, even Kevin who we have serious concerns about his mental health, gets treated with a certain gentleness.
