As most of you know, Greedy is off to meet her mother and FIL for a weeklong vacation.  She did it with a four hour stopover in Denver.  So my pet kat and I drove over to conversate with her.

As always, she's upbeat, funny, and just plain fun to be with.  She reminds me of a teenager who never grew up.

Poor Greedy told me that after living in Florida for so long, she considers Mexican food at the Denver airport to be authentic Mexican for all practical purposes!

Oh now that is SAD!!  Airport food isn't authentic ANYTHING!!

Sounds like a fun visit at the airport.  i know how boring layovers can be.

Geez, I had a layover in the Denver Airport recently......unfortunately it was only about 20 min. lol.  Next time, however, I expect a visit, Steven!

Suddenly i feel the need to go on another road trip coming on.  So many people to meet, and so little time and cash....

So sad.  So very very sad.  Guess i need to win the lottery. :)

I did NOT say it was authentic.. just that it was better than what TAMPA has to offer!!  

Steven, as always, was a darling, and Cat is a SWEETHEART!!
