The term "mouth fuck" implies a very, Very passive responce on the part of the person whose mouth is being used.  I've never been Passive about much of Anything - and I'm Certainly not passive about giving head!  If some schmuck came up and suggested a "mouth fuck" to me, I'd sneer and tell him to go find some weak kneed betty bimbo to talk to - that I don't allow myself to be blatantly used that way - but when he started getting interested in an Active partner, then he could come talk to me......

kallisto,

Hooray, a fine subject that has annoyed me for decades. Blow does not enter into it nor when one stops to think on it does suck. It just does not happen unless there is an effort to get the last drop. Wether it is male passive and the fem is just enjoying using the cock with her mouth; or fem passive where the mouth is being used instead of the pussy or ass; it is in fact a mouthfuck but it will never become commonly used as it attacks the senses of acceptability.

CP

Thanks CP  [:)]   You defined it exactly as I was thinking.

Ok, after reading the above I had to google it. When I google something, I type the whole question out, not a few keywords, just as if I were talking to an inteliigent AI. Something that gets interesting results. In this case it at least elicited information rather than a website trying to sell me something.

Question: "Why is it called a b-l-o-w-job when there's no blowing involved?"

Best Answer: "The name came from one of 3 possibilites: Victorian slang for a "below-job" (as in below the belt), for the volcanic reaction of the resulting orgasm, or a facetious use of "blow" as the opposite of "suck".

According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oral_Sex#Fe
"The common slang term blow-*** is a misnomer, as blowing is not normally part of fellatio. In fact, blowing air into a partner's penis is an unhealthy practice. It is most commonly thought to be a facetious use of "blow" as the opposite of "suck". It has been suggested to be a corruption of "below-job", allegedly an old Victorian slang term that was commonly used to describe the act. However, there is a third school of thought that believes the word "blow" in "blow-***" indicates the climax of the penis (compare to blowing of a volcano). The phrase "blow-***" originated in the 1940's;[7] at the time, it was also used by Allied pilots as a slang term for jet aircraft.[8]"
The Germans also use blasen = to blow and this has nothing to do with below. It comes from blow up (inflate).

i happen to enjoy the seven words you can't say on tv =]

HatesParisHilton -> RE: Acceptable or offenseive words (9/20/2009 6:03:09 AM)

few words bother me, but...

in Australia, the use of the c-word (c--t) is COMMON and CASUAL.

if someone stubs their toe on a large rock they may even berail it as a "c--t" in open earshot of anybody.

Lesbians here have reclaimed it for several reasons and purposes.

aside from that, "felching" and felchgoat is pretty damned gross.

Words don't bother me much (especially sexual terms). However, I just can't seem to use the shortened version of submissive (sub) without giggling like an idiot. It is therefore a bit annoying to me. Last I checked, I wasn't a sandwich, though if someone wishes to come over and eat me, I wouldn't be opposed.....

lovingpet
who should lay off the pain meds LOL

Pain meds are your friend. I am a particularly huge fan of Percosets, Myself..
There's a sammich shoppe about 45 mins. from Me here in NC that is called, I shit you knot, "Subby's". How's that?

[8D]

That's just classic! And you realize now I will not be able to use the word subbies without snickering too, right? Dammit you's peoples is sadistic!

lovingpet

And, I will not be able to go to the local sub shoppe and not laugh as I am eating a sub, sandwich that is.

Des,

Very perceptive and as it should be!

Amen, little sister; game on..

VioletGray -> RE: Acceptable or offenseive words (9/21/2009 4:00:10 PM)

Blowjob sounds better.  Say it slowly.  It all rolls together smoothly.  Mouth-fuck gets a little awkward to say at the part where I put the hyphen.  The transition from w to j is smoother than from th to f.  Besides "I'm going to give you a mouth-fuck" is very unsexy.  I'd be like "Um... how about... we play Settlers of Catan? Trading sheep for wheat is sexier than what you just said."

windchymes -> RE: Acceptable or offenseive words (9/21/2009 4:04:29 PM)

The phrase "skull fuck" always kinda scares me a little.

Couldn't mouth fuck be used as an agressive, assertive term as well? As in not going to receive a mouth fuck, but going to give one? I know the mouth is being used either way ... just thought I'd ask?

I've heard that as well. Never been to Australia so can't say I've been within earshot of it being common.

Blow job brings to mind a very old cartoon, something on the order of "Suck, MaryJane, suck. Blow is just a manner of speech". Something to that effect, anyway.

Honestly that is how I see the term "mouthfuck". He fucks my mouth, I blow him. I dunno... neither word bothers me but for some reason it doesn't make sense to me to call me giving him head a mouthfuck. Probably because I'm just not used to it. [:)]

NormalOutside -> RE: Acceptable or offenseive words (9/22/2009 5:23:50 PM)

I generally go for "suck my cock" rather than "give me a blowjob" or "give me head". When referring to the act outside of a command, I generally say blowjob or head, because 90% of people I associate with would understand what I meant without getting in a tizzy due to 4 letter words, etc.

There's a strip mall down the road from here with a Quiznos and a Hair Masters (barber shop) side by side. The signs line up interestingly.

Exactly what I  think when using certain words.  Even simple words can put people in a "tizzy" quickly.   I think most people don't use them to intentionally offend.   So we use words that become "common" and less offensive.

Off topic a minute but to add to your signs comment [:)]   I was driving down a country road many years ago.  Beside the road out in the middle of nowhere was one of those signs that has the letters and lights across the top.    The sign read "Tits and Ass 50% Off".    Nothing around it.   No buildings, no houses, nothing but the sign on the side of the road.   [:)]  I stopped and took a picture.   Not sure why.   Guess I just wanted proof that I wasn't seeing things in the middle of the country.

It's definately interesting and something for enjoyable mental masturbation. Maybe I'll start calling it mouth-fucking just cause I can. [:D]
