please, be careful with the "I'll do anything once" stuff. It is a dangerous statement to make. You have limits, as do we all, and that is expected.

I echo what holly said above.

My suggestion is confidence. You're begging and sating that you have only had one session in three ywars. You're asking for someone to take you on out of pity. Instead, say that you're inexperienced and willing to do XXX, YYY, and ZZZ.
