1 TBSP whole wheat or white flour
1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP of low fat vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to blend the mixture

mix all in a microwave safe bowl, cook on high for about a minute. Enjoy!

No worries [:D]

Not quite as good as pan brownies, but great in a pinch or when you feel lazy during your period...or whenever

So Aunt Flo's visiting, is she, Sunny? [:D]

Actually, it sounds good.....if only I had some vanilla yogurt in the house.  I wonder how it would taste with that key lime pie stuff I have in there....[:'(]

I've got some fruit on the bottom yogurt. I could take the yogurt off the top and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Sounds great Des! Thats the fun thing about this recipe, you can add anything you want pretty much [:)]

Especially enjoyable if your like me and end up having lots of candy making goods around. I topped it with everything from andies mints to the mint melts i make for christmass.

I am getting closer and closer to trying it and the day moves along. I don't have vanilla yogurt, just plain. But that will not stop me...

Plain works just as well, try adding a smidge of vanilla extract and it should be just fine [:)]

damn why didn't I have this recipe on the weekend when I was DYING for some chocolate

thanks Sunny

DYING for chocolate. Damn I think I have a way to win the "war on drugs" now. The dealers can all go legit, bringing emergency chocolate. Maybe I can even file the right papers and get medicare to reimburse it. Then I could corner the market and the price would go up.

But then I remember the story of the Hunt brothers............
