Nothing at all it's been a perfect day besides health wise...but if I HAD to..then being more bitchy and impatient with one customer would've been more efficient...but I'll fix that in 2 weeks or so so..no harm there

Nothing. My day has been just fine, and I rarely ever have days where I wish I could re do or undo things.
quote:

I have a theory, and at least for me it has proven to be true.
That theory is that every single day at sometime we make a choice or done some action and then later wish we had done it differently. Sometimes that other way hits you hard like a sledge hammer with the word CLUE right across the forehead, and other times it sneeks in and whispers your alternate choice with a softer sound than a gnat sneezing.

What happened to you today that you wish you had done differently? If it is too personal then feel free to pass, but otherwise confess your little secret...

Just for today, I wish I had remembered to grease the pan before pouring the extra custard from the quiche in. It'll eat fine, but it will be a bitch to clean.

I agree with those that said you would not change a thing. So many times I have been asked if I would have married my ex had I known what I was getting into. I tell them yes, because I would not be the person I am today and I happen to like me, even if 18 years were hell. I would not have met many of the people I have met, nor would I have explored the side of me that I always knew was there but kept it hidden.

However, once in a while, with hindsight being 20/20 I find myself wishing I had done this minor thing differently, and wonder how it would have turned out if I had.

And yes, there are sometimes that I wonder what my life would have been had I never met my ex, but I did. Here I am, and I can only truly reflect on the present.

So for today, I would have gone to the store, even though I am in pain, and gotten some cans of soup so I would not be hungry right now... lol... Going to go boil some pasta and see what herbs I have to make it into something more edible than plain pasta...

Level, that's when you attach a tow strap to a car and slowly pull it out.

this is Level we are talking to, Celeste. Methinks he is digging up the rest of the yard to even it out with the sinkhole as we speak.

I couldn't get a car back there, there is still too much timber on the ground.

Level, do these ladies think we be stupid. You and I both know that as more water is used the rest of the yard will sink anyway so why waste our time in digging it up. Just do more laundry and take more showers, that will work better. Let nature do it for us.

Now if we were to talk about the past and hind site There's 2 big things I wish I could un do, and one was reporting my parents to social services for abusing me because I was then put into a group home and experienced more abuse at the hands of the system and people in the system, and lost a great deal emotionally and personally, and I wish I had not of mangled my relationship with my first dom so badly because I really hurt him and if I had not of been so selfish and so head strong 99 percent of that could of been avoided..

To Undo and to Redo...well, maybe not surprisingly for some regular folks on here (though Holly doesn't pay attention anyway) I wish I would not have left my country out of noseyness in 2003 to Ireland and in 2004 to England...whereas Ireland was still an acceptable move (though not a great one) the move to England brought the worst out of me in many aspects and many experiences I made over here I wish I would have never encountered in the first place. However, due to my studies it ended now up that it does not really make sense to go back anymore which means I kind of got a bit drawn deeper away from home with the moves I did over here (in other aspects as well) which feels a bit odd at times and also scary considering how some decisions can change our life forever.

However, apart from one decision I made some years ago and apart from this decision I would not want to redo anything really. But if I could redo the decision to leave my country for good for here...it would have avoided a lot of unwanted stuff....however, as we can't do it, that's just how it is and we have to continue to keep moving, I suppose

To do over again, I would have realized I am not a good follower and not joined Amway.. Not once... but twice.. I could use the $160 dollars I wasted then.
