Alright. This is just to RANT. I am SO sick of this service, but its affordable and gives me the ability to talk unlimited without paying 100 bucks a month. BUT COME ON! Like, SERIOUSLY? The freaking number that it has you call is SO AGGRIVATING!!!!!!!!!!!ONE11`11!! Alright, this is not normal. I mean. This is crazy.
WHAT IT DOES: You call in. Nice, friendly little voice, has you go through to a series of questions. Not challenging. USUALLY, you can hit ZERO and it transfers you to an agent. This is a wonderful feature, that Metro obviously missed the MEMO on. So, I hit Zero. "I understand, you would like to speak with an agent. You know, I can probably help you faster here, but if I can't, I'll transfer you to an agent. But, in the meantime, let me try to help you here." THEN it goes through a series of MORE questions... I nearly through my phone.

I HATE automated menus... I wanna talk to a HUMAN, dammit!! *hugs kitten* I feel your pain.... I dont have Metro.. but still, I understand....

God, I had ONE simple question. WILL MY PHONE WORK IN OREGON? You can't ask that to a menu. You can only cuss at a menu. And their representatives are a JOKE! They KNOW how irritating their menu is. I complain EACH AND EVERY TIME!!!! All they say is that they understand and are working on changing it. FOR THREE YEARS? I've heard the SAME THING, FOR THREE YEAAAAARSSSSSS!!!!!!

No. I read that. And I needed to know what Extended Coverage meant. So, I wanted to know if my phone worked in Oregon or not. And, it does. But there are no stores. So, if I had an issue with my phone, I couldn't go in. Course, I never had to go in but... Still...

I may stay with them for a few months, continue paying and whatever. It looks like if I wanted the same thing, I'd pay double what I pay now.

I've got tmobile. They've been awesome. and they have fairly inexpensive plans. I've rarely had coverage drop out.. it worked in Europe, too. And they have stores EVERYWHERE.

Yeah. I checked it out. 100 a month. I'll probably do that. Again, though, its double what mine is now.

My plan is great. It works exactly the same worldwide...absolutely everywhere, from the mid Sahara to the High Arctic. And talk about cheap!! its fucking free!!! Try it out...its called NoMobile. Its the best.
