...I never could program a VCR.

We are going to see tech evolve into a tool to control humans. Cameras that ticket drivers come to mind- as do drones. I hate to see what the world will look like in 30 years.

No newspapers in this house. They lost me as a subscriber when they started using that ink and paper combination that, after reading and turning the first page, left more ink on the fingers than the powdered sugar from the donut. Once that ink hits other things, like light switches, walls, and wooden cabinet doors, it's damned difficult to clean.

Perhaps loss of advertising dollars is killing off newspapers, but changing to that so-called "eco-ink" doesn't help either.
